| 摘 要： | 该研究以公安院校大学生为样本,编制《公安院校大学生劳动观调查问卷》并进行调查分析。结果表明,公安院校大学生的劳动观总体状况良好,不同年级学生在劳动目的意义观、劳动荣辱观、劳动分工观三个因子和总体劳动观上具有显著差异,不同性别的学生在劳动目的意义观、劳动荣辱观两个因子和总体劳动观上具有显著差异。回归分析表明,学校重视、课堂教学、辅导员管理、家庭教育对劳动观三个因子和总体劳动观均具有显著正向影响。结合数据分析结果,该研究提出有的放矢地推进公安院校劳动观教育、发挥教师在劳动观教育中的主导作用、构建家校一体化劳动观协同教育平台三条建议。

Investigation and Research on the Labor View of College Students in Police Colleges |

| Abstract: | Taking college students in police colleges as a sample,this study compiled the“Questionnaire on Labor View of Police College Students”for investigation and analysis.The results show that the overall situation of the labor view of police college students is good.There are significant differences among students of different grades in the three factors of“view of meaning and purpose of labor”,“view of honor and disgrace of labor”,“view of division of labor”,and the overall view of labor,and there are significant differences among students of different genders in the two factors of“view of meaning and purpose of labor”,“view of honor and disgrace of labor”,and the overall view of labor.Regression analysis shows that school attention,classroom teaching,the instructor’s management and family education have a significant positive impact on the three factors of labor view and the overall view of labor.Combined with the data analysis results,this study puts forward three suggestions:subdividing the labor view education group,giving play to the leading role of teachers in the labor view education,and constructing the home-school integrated labor view collaborative education platform,in order to promote the labor view education in police colleges. |
