摘    要:0~3岁婴幼儿照护机构师资队伍建设是实现“幼有所育”目标的基本条件,是提升婴幼儿照护质量和促进0~3岁婴幼儿健康成长的基石,是解决我国0~3岁婴幼儿照护机构师资队伍存在问题的需要。通过解决政府责任缺位、缺乏执行标准的问题,完善师资培养体系,更新教师教育理念,提升教师专业素养,可不断提升0~3岁婴幼儿照护机构师资队伍的质量。

Abstract:The construction of teaching staff in nursing institutions for infants and children aged 0~3 is the basic condition for achieving the goal of“care for every infant and child”.It is the cornerstone of improving the quality of infant and child care and promoting the healthy growth of infants and children aged 0~3,as well as the need to solve the problems in the teaching staff of nursing institutions for infants and children aged 0~3.By addressing the lack of government responsibilities and the lack of implementation standards,improving the teacher training system,updating teachers’education concepts,and improving teachers’professionalism,the quality of the teaching staff in nursing institutions for infants and children aged 0~3 can be continuously improved.
