| 摘 要： | 宋代是牧牛业发展的重要时期。由于牧牛业地区发展的不平衡、农田的大面积开垦、频繁的自然灾害和战乱、屠牛业的兴盛、朝廷鼓励诸因素的影响，宋代耕牛贸易有了较大的发展。宋代耕牛贸易的对象表现为官方和民间两个方面，南方的福建、广南、两浙和北方京师开封最为兴盛。耕牛贸易的兴起和发展在一定程度上缓解了缺牛区畜力不足的状况，增加了财政收入，有利于农业生产的发展和人们生活水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The Song Dynasty was the most important period of the development of farm cattle industry. Farm cattle trade developed very quickly during this period due to the reasons such as farmlands being reclaimed greatly, frequent natural calamities and wars, cattle - slaughter industry being prosperous, etc.. Cattle trade in Song Dynasty can be divided into two types： the government and the folk, and it was especially prosperous in Fujian, South of Guangdong, Zhejiang and Kaffeng. The prosperity of cattle trade solved the problem of vacancy of livestock in many agricultural areas, increased financial incomes and was beneficial to the development of agriculture and the raise of people＇s living standard. |
