| 摘 要： | 素质教育是一种教育理念，而并非是一种教育模式或分类，实施素质教育并不意味着忽视和放弃专业教育、知识教育和能力教育。全面推进素质教育要求高校思想政治工作要以理想信念教育为核心，更新教育观念为先导，以学生为主体，注重大学生创新精神和竞争意识的培养，不断更新高校政治工作的观念、内容和方法。

On Establishing Scientific View on Ideological Work in Higher Education Institutions Based on the Quality-Education Principle |

| Abstract: | The author holds that implementation of quality education should take the education of ideal and beliefs as the core and the concepts of education should be renewed and students should be the main body. He also suggests that quality education should aim at developing students creativity and competition by changing the concepts, contents and methods of the ideological work of colleges. |
