| 摘 要： | 女性辅导员是高校辅导员队伍的重要组成部分，有独特的工作角色特点。基于欠发达地区高校工作环境特点，本文拟从女性辅导员的工作角色特点出发，分析女性辅导员队伍建设存在的问题和面临的困难，提出加强女性辅导员队伍管理的对策。
