摘    要:从内国外因辨证关系上看,学生是发展的主体,是教育教学过程中惟一的起主导作用的内在因素。教育者如果总认为自己也是教育的主体,起主导作用,其后果是教师取代学习者的主体地位,干扰其主导作用的发挥。因此,教师的主要作用应定位在对学生这个惟一主体的启发和引导上。

Abstract:From the viewpoint of the dialectic relation between internal factor and external factor, students are the principal part of development,they are the only internal factor which plays a leading role in the process of education. If educators always think they themselves are also the main part in education, playing a dominant role, the result is that students' main position will be supplanted by teachers, which will disturb the exertion of chief function of the students.Therefore,teachers should orientate their main function towards the stimulation and guidance of the students who are the only principal part.
