| 摘 要： | 高等学校相关组织在长期实践过程中形成并被组织全体成员共同接受的价值观、行为规范、工作作风、基本信念等诸要素的总和构成了高校组织文化，其核心内容包含宗旨、规范、价值观、英雄人物和文化仪式等。高校组织文化能够有效地提高高校人力资源管理效力，对高等教育的发展有着不可替代的作用。

| Abstract: | College organizational culture refers to the sum of values, behaviors, work styles andbasic beliefs which are commonly accepted by all members of the relevant college organizations in the process of their formation and in long - term practice. Its core contents include principal aim, behavior norms, value concepts, heroes and cultural ceremonies. College organizational culture can improve the effectiveness of the college human resource management and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of higher education. |
