| 摘 要： | 在我国高等教育大众化进程中,大学生就业呈现诸多新的特点:就业市场重新“洗牌”,“马太效应”日趋明显;毕业生要职位且更注重工作的“含金量”;用人单位重业绩且更注重工作的“附加值”;校企互动,促进就业方式的多元化。针对大学生就业中的新特点,本文提出了一些新的对策和设想。
