| 摘 要： | 体育强国应该是各项体育事业发展水平一流,并且在国内、国际上产生了重要影响的国家.软实力视角下的体育强国就是在体育文化吸引力、体育价值观吸引力、体育体制吸引力、塑造体育国际规则和国际形象等体育软实力方面,对内影响体育发展潜力、对外具有国际影响力的国家.提升体育强国软实力的途径,包括体育价值观、体育文化精神在内的我国体育文化实力,通过国际、国内的重大体育赛事和体育活动来提升我国体育软实力,争取国际体坛话语权.
