| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、比较法、逻辑分析法、访谈法,对散打与空手道二者的技术特点进行了比较,在散打经过30多年的发展中,特别是最近的几年里,以推动散打进入奥运会为出发点,从规则的制定,技术的规定等多方面进行了改革,促进了散打的发展,并且吸收了空手道运动项目优势以及能在世界上得到成功推广的经验,为我国散打运动的改革与发展提出了很好的参考借鉴.文章进一步对今后散打运动的发展方向、策略进行了认真的探讨研究,通过散打与空手道的对比,对散打运动的发展现状提出结论与建议

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,comparative study,logical analysis,and interviews,the paper does the comparative analysis of Sanda and karate,about their features.In the past 30 years of Sanda development,the aim of promoting Sanda into Olympic Games,the changes and reform of Sanda game rules,all promotes the development of Sanda.Intaking the adavantages from Karate and its success experiences of world development,Chinese Sanda has gotten better inferences form Karate for its reform and better development.The study furtherly studies the developing trend and strategies of Sanda,througn compared with Karate,puts forward some suggestions for Sanda reform and further development. |
