| 摘 要： | 从专业发展角度看，教师的成长离不开教育教学实践。当前，新课程对教师的专业化发展提出了更高的要求。因此，如何通过“校本教研”、“校本培训”等项措施，做好促进教师专业化发展的工作，已成为学校发展中的重要课题。
