| Abstract: | Constructivist learning theory,cognitive learning theory,Zimmerman and self-study theory all emphasize the importance of individual initiative and the guidance of teaching organizer.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of self-study pattern in physical education teaching,analyses the internal and external causes of the self-study pattern,and internal relations between lifelong sports and self-study pattern.All these lay a solid theoretical foundation for construction of self-study pattern in school Physical Education. |
