摘    要:在以客户为中心的现代商业模式中,"客户关怀"是客户维护阶段中的重要部分。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,企业依靠过硬的售后服务已经不能再满足客户的需要,必须提供主动的、超值的、让客户感动的服务才能赢得客户信任。在如今产品同质化和竞争日趋激烈的市场环境下,"客户关怀"日益成为各企业关注的核心话题,如何依靠有效的客户关怀实现保有客户并提升客户的满意度和忠诚度,成为各企业关注的焦点所在。

Abstract:In the modern customer-focused business model,customer care plays an important part in the maintenance of customers.Under the fierce competition,enterprises can no longer depend on their good service to meet their customers' needs.They must provide active,value-added and touching service to win customers' trust.Many enterprises now focus their attention on how to rely on effective customer care to maintain customers and promote their satisfaction and loyalty.
