| 摘 要： | 高职院校由于历史短暂,缺乏必要的文化积淀,积极探索自身的办学模式,追求自身的办学特色,构建自身的办学理念,闯出一条自身的文化管理模式,是学校的核心竞争力所在。把握校园文化的真正内涵,找准校园文化建设的切入点,不仅能使校园文化建设取得事半功倍的效果,而且能使高校永远充满着生机与活力。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges(HVCs) are not rich in cultural accumulation with a short developing history.To stay competitive and vigorous,HVCs should actively explore their own running patterns,characteristics,philosophies and culture management models,and accurately identify the starting point and real connotation in the construction of the campus culture. |
