| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校学生如何构建和谐的人际关系是高等职业院校构建和谐校园的关键之一。目前高职院校的学生中还存在着很多不和谐的因素,在人际交往中存在功利倾向,缺乏诚信,缺乏自信,合作精神也比较欠缺。要构建和谐的人际关系则需要多途径去培养。

| Abstract: | The construction of a harmonious interpersonal relationship among HVCs' students is a key element in constructing a harmonious campus.However,there are some disharmonious factors existing among students,to name a few,utilitarianism,dishonesty,lack of self-confidence and team spirit,etc.In view of this,it is proposed that harmony should be cultivated from multifarious aspects. |
