| Abstract: | The structure of digital code is likely to change, flow and is greatly influenced by environment so that risks can be found all over the life circle of electronic records. The paper discusses the construction of electronic records risk management system through risk plan, risk identification, risk appraisal, risk treatment and risk monitor in order to ensure the achievement of the basic goals, such as the authenticity, integrity, readability and privacy of electronic records. |
