| 摘 要： | 全球化已成为当今民族化发展的重要背景和内在因素。文化与经济日益“一体化”,文化交流日益蜕变为文化输出,文化的功能日益膨胀,对社会生活形成全面冲击。民族文化发展要注意文化的维系、传承和积累,要加强民族文化间的交流,建设社会主义新文化。
