| 摘 要： | 运动员个人的礼仪修养,不仅代表着他们的个人形象,更代表着行业形象和国家形象。通过文献分析方法,就近年来我国运动员在赛场内外的言谈举止,我国运动员礼仪教育的重要性等问题进行了研究分析。结果表明：运动员的礼仪缺失的原因是由于个人素养、管理不严、自我膨胀造成的。建议：通过＂学会微笑、尊重他人、掌握礼仪知识和技巧＂等方法来提高运动员的礼仪修养。
