摘    要:从宏观上看:随着中国加入世贸组织,中国高等教育的矛盾日益突出。如何解决这一矛盾?现代化教学技术为教学改革提供了良好的硬件基础;建构主义理论为教学改革带来了多方的启示。从微观上看:听力与口语一直是大学生英文学习的薄弱环节。计算机辅助语言教学兼容多媒体与网络技术,形象直观、信息量大,集视听说于一体,有利于学生口语及听力水平的提高。

Abstract:The thesis mainly illustrates the contributions of MET to English listening and speaking. As China's entry to the WTO, problems, appeared in higher education, are exposed day by day. How can we solve this problem? MET provides a hardware basis for English education reform and CLT (Constructive Learning Theory) brings us various inspirations. Listening and speaking are weak points for students learning English in universities. CAI (Computer Aid Instruction), direct and vivid, contains a lot of information. It integrates multimedia into Internet, put listening, speaking and viewing together, hence it will enhance student's capacity of listening and speaking skills.
