| 摘 要： | 由于我国个别企业缺乏外贸经验,确有倾销行为;国外同行为了保护其自身利益以反倾销作为手段,这两大原因致使我国当前反倾销案件增多。对此,应该充分发挥商会的作用,加强政府的宏观管理;转变企业的经营观念,积极应诉;完善相关法律法规,依法应诉反倾销案件;优化出口商品结构,实现出口市场多元化;加快高级专门人才培养,提高反倾销能力。

| Abstract: | As market economy is carried out in our country only for a short time and the most property rights of state-owned enterprises are owned by the state and some enterprises are lack of foreign-trade experience,the dumping does exist in some Chinese enterprises.The foreign counterpart companies often take the anti-dumping as a way to protect their own profits.These factors have increased anti-dumping cases in recent years.Therefore,in order to improve our anti-dumping capability,we should work hard to do well in the following jobs.Firstly,we should give full play to the function of chamber of commerce and strengthen the government's macro-administration.Secondly,we should change enterprise management ideology and actively react to the lawsuit.Thirdly,we must perfect the related laws and regulations and react to the anti-dumping cases according to the law.Next,we ought to optimize the structure of exported commodities and carry out the multi-outlet export market.Finally,we should accelerate the cultivation of the high-level professionals and specialists. |
