| Abstract: | Deng xiaoping played a high premium on talent,he had delivered a series of discourse upon talents function,talent's creterion,the selecting of talent,education and appointment of talent,situation creation for talent,consequently formed Deng xiaoping's idea of talent. Only to fulfill the strategy that the talent makes nation strong can realize the prosperity and the great renaissance of the whole country. |
