摘    要:运用马克斯·韦伯的合理性思想,可以寻找教育领域中压抑人发展的原因。在追求规模化效益的现时代,重视"人"的发展的教育改革,总是难免要面对压抑人发展的阻力,对价值目标的背离不可避免,理想的"人"的教育在一定程度属于大部分人。

Abstract:We can find out the reasons inhibiting man’s development in the educational field by referring to Max Weber’s rationality thinking.In the modern age of seeking scaled benefits,it is inevitable to confront with resistant power and also unavoidable to depart from the value objective in the educational reform focusing on man’s development.The ideal education of man maybe only belongs to most people.
