| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of the work style of leading cadres in colleges is a major strategic task in the field of higher education.The paper analyzes the importance of construction of leadership style and summarizes some problems and their causes in the construction of leadership style in colleges,and proposes such effective measures as increasing education level,strengthening the system construction,improving supervisory mechanism and strengthening the organization and leadership to improve the construction level of leadership style in colleges. |
