| 摘 要： | 高考改革的统一性与多样化的结合,是自高考建立以来一直难以很好解决的困境。实行统一考试,全国一张试卷,可以统一全国的教育标准和质量,有利于各民族的团结和政治稳定,还具有经济高效、简便易行的优点。但是照顾不到不同高校和学生的个性需要、特点。因此在统一考试制度下,通过试卷多样化的改革,以弥补统一一张试卷“共性有余而个性不足”的缺点,为高校实行科学、适性的选才,为考生的选择提供广阔的空间。

| Abstract: | How to integrate the oneness with the diversity in the EEC reform has been a difficult topic since the establishment of EEC system.The unitary exam- ination system could average the educational standards and quality in the whole country,and do help to the national union and political stability,as well as distinguished itself with the merits of high efficiency,economy and feasibility, while it will have to disregard the individual needs and characteristics of the dif- ferent students and different tertiary institutes to some extent.Therefore,the re- form of the diversity of examination papers under the unitary EEC system could offset the shortcomings of the unitary examination system,which attach much importance to the oneness and less to the individual.The reform will provide more opportunities for the tertiary institutes to select the students scientifically and reasonably and for the students to select their ideal tertiary institutes. |
