| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息技术的广泛应用,图书馆工作环境发生了巨大的变化.而如何在网络环境下发挥大学图书馆的作用,提高读者服务工作的水平,是图书馆界值得深入研究的问题,文章从大学图书馆的服务基础、服务手段、服务领域以及宏观调控等方面对这一问题进行了探讨.
