| 摘 要： | 理性地看待教师的"个人主义",客观地审视教师合作制度,在教师的"个人主义"与教师合作之间保持适当的张力,才能消除人们对于个人主义教师文化所持的狭隘认识,也有利于教师合作制度的变革,而且对最终实现教师的专业成长也大有裨益。

| Abstract: | This article argues that,only by looking on teacher′s individualism reasoningly,examining teacher cooperation system impersonally,and keeping the tension between teacher′s individualism culture and collaboration culture,can we eliminate bias to teacher′s individualism culture.Moreover,this viewpoint is also in favor of reform of teacher collaboration system and propitious to teacher′s professional growth. |
