| 摘 要： | 振兴东北老工业基地是党中央继东部大发展、西部大开发战略后确定的又一重大战略决策。东北地区要想振兴、要想发展,必须抓住机遇,把老工业基地调整、改造和振兴提到更加突出的位置,用新思路、新体制、新机制、新方式,走出加快老工业基地振兴的新路子。

| Abstract: | It is another strategic decision of Party Central Commission to develop vigorously old industry bases in Northeast china after East Area Development and East Area Development.We must master present favorable circumstances to adjust,transform and promote old industry bases and put this task in the first place.Whit new thinking,new system,new way we should explore a new way to vitalize old industry bases in Northcast China. |
