| 摘 要： | 山东省沂水县教育工作者认真分析、整体规划当前未成年人思想道德教育体系，构建了以注重基础、贴近生活为内容的道德教育新机制、美德文化资源的整合机制、道德教育生命体验机制、道德接力教育机制以及政府统筹、一元多维的科学评价机制，形成了一整套德育工作的和谐机制，实现了教学与育人的和谐共进和全体学生的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The educators in Yishui County of Shadong Province have carefully analyzed and made a cpmprehensive programme for the ideological and moral educational system of the present juveniles,and have constructed such moral education mechanism that stresses on students' foundation and is connected with their life,the integrative mechanism of the virtuous cultural resources,the life experience mechanism of moral education,the moral relay education mechanism and the scientific assessment mechanism with the government planning as a whole and the multiple dimension based on the unitary,and therefore a whole set of the harmonious mechanisms of moral education are formed,and the harmonious progress of the instruction and cultivation and the harmonious development of all the students. |
