| 摘 要： | 大学理念是人们对大学的理性认识、理想追求及所持的教育观念或哲学观念。大学理念的产生晚于大学的产生,但对于大学的发展方向、目标确定等却有着明显的导向作用。我国大学在快速发展过程中曾经有过辉煌,但也存在着许多与现代大学理念不相适应的方面,我们应该借鉴世界一流大学先进的大学理念,改进我国大学理念中的不足之处,塑造新时期的大学理念,使我国大学获得新的发展。
