| 摘 要： | 社会对人才的需求不断变化以及高校扩招造成的人才培养与社会需求之间的错位,对当前形势下的高校研究生培养工作提出了新的挑战。深入分析当前研究生创新能力培养与学科平台建设之间相互依存、相互促进的关系。以多元化教学实践平台建设为例,分析了学科平台建设在研究生创新能力培养中的重要作用,探讨以学科平台建设为依托的研究生创新能力培养模式。
