| 摘 要： | 随着电子计算机的普及，办公自动化的深入发展。电子计算机辅助设计、辅助制造的广泛运用，电子文件越来越多地被政府机关、社会团体以及个人广泛地认识和应用，成为一种重要的档案形式。在电子文件的归档中存在着一些问题，包括电子文件归档的范围、其原始性与真实性的认定，以及归档后的保护等，这些问题的解决会进一步提高电子文件的利用效率，同时也给传统档案管理提出了挑战。

| Abstract: | As the popularization of computer , the deep development of office automation , and the wide use of auxiliary design and auxiliary production of computer , electronic document is widely used by government bodies , social groups and individual, and it has become an important form of keeping files, However, there are still some problems with placing the electronic document on file, which includes the limits of placing the electronic document on file, the believing of its original and realistic, the protection after placing on file and so on. With the solution of these problems, the utilization efficiency of electronic document will be improved further, and will challenge the traditional file administration. |
