| 摘 要： | 目前的教学秘书工作中存在着工作任务重、培训机会少、发展空间受限、激励机制缺乏、队伍不稳定等问题。只有重视教学秘书工作、明确职责、保证教学秘书队伍的自身素质和稳定性，不断提高教学秘书工作的质量．才能保证教学工作健康、有序、高效地向前推进。

| Abstract: | The teaching secretary plays an important role in the teaching management. However, there exist some factors unfavorable to the teaching secretary, such as heavy tasks, limited developing space, less pro- motion opportunity, unstable team and lack of the encouragement and motivation from the school. Making clear its duties, emphasizing the work, guaranteeing the stable team and improving the self-quality construction of the teaching secretary are put forward so as to improve the quality of teaching secretary work. |
