| Abstract: | The Modern Chinese Dictionary is widely considered as one of the top quality medium - sized dictionaries, yet there are some small flaws in it. This paper provides some queries on 9 entries in the new e- dition of this dictionary from aspects of semantics, syntax and expression, expecting this dictionary will keepimproving in the future. |
