摘    要:由于城乡教师在信息素养发展需求和策略上存在很大的差异性,根据农村教师信息素养专业发展的需求,探寻适合其信息素养发展的策略是当务之急,而行动学习法在贫困地区具有普遍适用性,使农村教师信息素养发展成为可能。

Abstract:There exists a big difference between teachers in urban area and those in rural area in the need and strategy of information-quality development, thereby it is an urgent affair to explore the strategy to adapt to the information-quality development of teachers in rural areas according to their requirement, and the action-learning method is universally applicable in the poverty-stricken areas, which becomes a possibility for the information-quality development of teachers in rural areas.
