| Abstract: | There exists a big difference between teachers in urban area and those in rural area in the need and strategy of information-quality development, thereby it is an urgent affair to explore the strategy to adapt to the information-quality development of teachers in rural areas according to their requirement, and the action-learning method is universally applicable in the poverty-stricken areas, which becomes a possibility for the information-quality development of teachers in rural areas. |
