摘    要:提高环境适应力是企业面对复杂性的生存途径。从企业应对动荡环境的行为视角出发,界定了企业适应力的内涵,提出了判断企业适应力的维度,介绍了企业适应力的类型,指出了适用于不同竞争环境下的企业适应性行为的特征。

Abstract:Enterprise adaptability is related with the change of environment. One of the most important goals of enterprises is to be adaptable to environment. This paper puts a definition of environment adaptability from a perspective of action that enterprises must take to deal with the turbulent changes of environment. After analyzing dimensions and types of organizational adaptability, it is illuminated that organizations must take different actions to adapt to different changes of environment.
