| 摘 要： | 大学文化建设对于我国建校时间不太长的高职院校来说是一个新课题，其对高职院校的建设和发展有举足轻重的作用。离职大学文化建设应突出高职特色，并通过五方面的工作对高职特色大学文化进行塑造与培养。
