| 摘 要： | 中国的精品课程建设实践是世界范围内开放教育资源实践的一部分,在过去7年多的发展中逐渐形成了独特的实践模式。基于中国的精品课程建设实践,有必要较为系统地探讨精品课程建设的基本内涵、基本过程和实践模式。在中国精品课程建设的实践中,项目规划具有系统工程的特点;组织实施的方式以自上而下为主;建设过程体现了以点带面、优质示范、全要素一体化建设的特点;质量保证采取逐级遴选、内外结合的方式;激励和保障体现在资金支持和荣誉授予方面;优质资源的建设共享方面与学历教育应用紧密结合等,形成了独特的实践模式。实践证明,中国的精品课程建设是一种有利于实现可持续发展的开放共享模式,丰富了教育资源开放共享的实践内涵。

| Abstract: | Being an indispensable part of open education resources practice across the world, the practice of web-delivery for elaborate courses in China has evolved a pattern of its own style. Based on the practice of web-delivery for elaborate courses in China, the essay puts forward that matters related with web-delivery for elaborate courses, such as basic connotation, basic process and practice pattern, need to be systematically examined. In the practice of web-delivery for elaborate courses in China, the program planning is characteristic of systematic project; the program implementation mainly depends on the way of top-down; the program construction has features of using the minority to bring along the majority, excellent demonstration and total factors integration construction; quality guarantee adopts the method of step-by-step selection and in-out combination; motivation and security shows itself in financial support and honor grant; the sharing of excellent resources is closely related with the application of academic education. It has been proved that web-delivery for elaborate courses in China is a open and sharing pattern which contributes to sustainable development and enrich the practice connotation of educational resources. |
