| 摘 要： | 技术创新成果的知识产权化是与党中央、国务院提出的“加强技术创新,发展高科技,实现产业化”战略紧密相关的问题,本文在对知识产权及其特征分析的基础上,给出了技术创新成果知识产权化的含义,然后从企业的角度论述了技术创新成果知识产权化的作用和选择,以便使企业重视该问题并能对技术创新成果所对应的知识产权类型作出正确选择。

The Study on Transforming Achievements of Technological Innovation into Intellectual Property |

| Abstract: | The issue of transforming the achievements of technological innovation into intellectual property is closely associated with the strategy of″strengthening technological innovation,developing high technology and realizing industrialization″,which is proposed by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council.In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of the intellectual property and its features,the authors give the definition of″transforming achievements of technological innovation into intellectual property',and discuss its role and choice from the viewpoint of enterprises,so as to draw their attention to this issue and enable them to choose the right types of the intellectual property according to the achievements of technological innovation. |
