| 摘 要： | 根据对国内外有关战略风险管理文献的研究,回顾了学者们对战略风险内涵的不同界定,总结了战略风险的代表理论、类型和成因,阐述了战略风险度量的各种定性与定量方法,对前人的研究成果从理论基础和实践应用角度作了述评,在此基础上提出了基于战略行为的新的研究思路。

| Abstract: | According to literatures about enterprise strategic risk management both inland and overseas,the paper summaries theories,types and reasons of strategic risk and introduce quantitative and qualitative methods of measuring strategic risk.Then it comments on these literatures from theory foundations and practice applications.Based on this the paper put forwards a new research way founded on strategic behavior. |
