| 摘 要： | “不求最大,但求最佳”,“建设国际名城”的城市建设战略构想,体现了大连市城市建设的发展的新思路,也体现了城市发展定位的准确性。在实现这个战略目标的过程中,应充分控掘和发挥大连市的城市特色优势,不应该一味地追求大规模的“国际性城市”。应进一步借鉴国外城市建设和发展的成功经验,吸取城市建设的教训,充分发展大连市的城市发展特色优势,才是建设国际名城的理性选择。

| Abstract: | The strategic thoughts of city construction--"Not seeking the biggest, but seeking the best" and "constructing an international renowned city" represents the new thinking of Dalian city construction and development as well as its accuracy of city development orientation. During the process of realizing the strategic aim, Dalian characteristics' advantages should be fully exerted and large-scaled "international metropolis" should not be sought. The best option of constructing an international renowned city is to further draw on the successful experience of foreign country's city construction and development, to draw lessons from city construction, and to fully play the role of Dalian characteristics' advantages. |
