| 摘 要： | 分析了厦门在互联网经济浪潮下建设电子商务产业集群的机会、威胁、优势、劣势,提出厦门应该采用SWO组合,发挥特区立法权,以及已经有较大的网商群体,和较好的IT人才基础的优势,进行创新定位,避开其他先行城市的威胁,培养多层次的电子商务人才,弥补缺乏电子商务产业龙头企业以及产业链不完善的劣势,建立实体加虚拟的电子商务产业园区,利用电子商务进入快速发展阶段的大好机会,建立并壮大厦门电子商务产业集群。
