| 摘 要： | 从影响明进步的决定性因素的角度，人类社会可以划分为军事时代、政治时代，经济时代和化时代。化时代是人类明进步的必然趋势；知识经济是基础，依法治国是保障，明融合是动力，可持续发展是方向。中国正由政治时代向经济时代过渡，又遇到了化时代的挑战。研究时代特殊对中国实现跨越式发展有现实意义。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the decisive factors that affect the civilization progress, the human society can be divided into military era, political era, economic era and cultural era. The latter is an inevitable tendency in human civilization progress with knowledge economy as the foundation, abiding by laws to manage state affairs as the safeguard, cultural amalgamation as the motivation and sustainable development as the orientation. China is transiting from political era to economic era,and facing the challenges from cultural era. It is of practical significance to study the features of the times for achieving China's leap-forward development |
