| 摘 要： | 课余体育外包已经成为日本推进学校体育教育的重要手段之一,通过梳理日本课余体育外包的内涵与源起、运行与管理、促进与障碍,发现日本课余体育外包在提升课余体育活动质量、减轻学校教师工作负担等方面具有促进作用,同时,也受到外部教练资源不足与管理机制缺乏等问题的制约。在今后我国课余体育外包实践中,应强化政策导向,营造课余体育外包良性发展环境;整合社会体育资源,实现多主体联合参与;注重借鉴与创新,构建课余体育外包的主体责任分担机制;坚持科学引导,开展定性与量化相结合的实证性研究。

| Abstract: | The extracurricular sports outsourcing has become one of the important means to promote school physical education in Japan. The author has studied the relevant practice in Japan from aspects of definition,origin,operation,management, facilitators and barriers. The results reveal that the extracurricular sports outsourcing in Japan plays a positive role in promoting the quality of extracurricular sports activities and alleviating the workload of school teachers'. Meanwhile,it is also constrained by the understaffed of external coach resources and lack of management mechanism. Some experience should be applied to practice of extracurricular sports outsourcing in our country. It is necessary to strengthen the policy guidance and create a positive environment for the outsourcing of extracurricular sports;to integrate social sports resources to realize multi-subject joint participation;to focus on learning and innovation and build a main responsibility sharing mechanism for extracurricular sports outsourcing;to adhere to scientific guidance and conduct empirical research combining qualitative and quantitative integration. |
