| 摘 要： | 本文在分析当今世界国际旅游发展态势基础上，揭示了我国海外游客特征及其变化规律，并提出了相应对策，主要包括：加快中西部基础和旅游设施建设，逐步由资源导向型旅游过到需求导向型旅游，高度重视商务旅游，寓文化于其它旅游方式之中，开发高弹性旅游活动设施和旅游产品。
