| 摘 要： | 政府是建立社会信用体系的倡导者和维护者,政府诚信是建立社会诚信体系的基石。该文从不同角度对政府诚信的本质进行分析,提出政府诚信要通过政府制度的制定、执行等行为体现出来,加强政府诚信建设是社会主义国家建设的客观要求和参与国际合作的重要前提。

| Abstract: | The Government is the advocate and defender to establish the social integrity system.Government integrity is the cornerstone of the establishment of social integrity system.This article analyzes the nature of the government integrity from different perspectives.The government integrity is reflected by the design and implementation of the government system.It is the objective requirement of the socialist modernization to strengthen the building of government integrity,and also the important prerequisite for participating in the international cooperation. |
