| 摘 要： | 研究生的培养质量是研究生教育的生命线,而研究生的创新能力又是研究生培养质量的核心。当前我国研究生的创新能力令人担忧,如不提高势必影响到创新型国家的建设。创建研究生团队是一种新的研究生培养模式,它有助于培养研究生的创新能力,进而提高研究生的培养质量。

| Abstract: | The quality of graduate cultivating is the lifeblood of graduate education,while the innovation ability of graduate is the core of the quality of graduate education.Currently,in China,the innovation ability of graduate is worrying.If not improved,it must be bound to affect the construction of our innovative country.The graduate team building creat a new mode of graduate cultivating,which helps to develop graduate innovation ability,and to improve the quality of graduate cultivating. |
