| 摘 要： | 南京国民政府时期，乡村政制更动频繁，国家政权借助以土豪劣绅为主体的乡村基层人员逐渐强化对乡村的控制，在制度上赋予他们各种特权。文章拟对国民党县区以下基层人员进行制度分析，从这一视角去透视国民党乡村政制的反动性、腐朽性。

| Abstract: | In the period of the Nanjing National Government, the village political systems were altered frequently. State power gradually strengthened village control with the aid of grassroots staff composed mainly of local tyrants and evil gentry, giving them various prerogatives in the systems. The paper tries to analyze the grassroots staff below the county and district according to the systems, thus we can view reactionary and corrupt nature of GMD village political systems at an angle. |
