| 摘 要： | 教学实践中发现公共选修课术科教学存在若干需要探讨和解决的问题。针对问题走访专家并做问卷调查，探讨解决问题的途径和方法。经归纳分析得出：体育公共选修课术科教学班级设定人数30-40为宜；对申请开设的课程应进行论证。对教学过程应有检查和评议，对场地、器材、设备应设定机制给予保证；学生对体育公共选修课的认识正确。开课的潜力较大，体育舞蹈、形体、健美操是较受欢迎的3门课程。

| Abstract: | Many problems of the courses in physical training emerge in the teaching process of public optional course of P. E. In the light of the analysis of the investigation and questionnaire, and the advices provided by specialists, it shows that the student number in a class of public optional course of P. E. should be 30 -40. Furthermore, the reasoning and evaluation a-bout the course-applying should be a necessity. Simultaneously, the fields, equipments, and facilities should be well-arranged. The courses of P. E. dancing, body-shaping, and calisthenics are very popular in colleges and universities. |
