| 摘 要： | 集体运动队的人际关系是集体目标能否有效实现的重要因素,通过结合国内外学者们的研究,提出了运动团队中的人际关系主要从教练员和运动员的人际吸引和人际沟通两个方面来探讨.并总结了学者们对于和谐运动团队人际关系的方法.
