| 摘 要： | 对中小电子企业的知识产权保护问题进行了探讨。从促进电子企业发展、增强电子企业在市场经济中的竞争力的目的出发,提出电子技术企业应重视知识产权工作,介绍了适合于中小电子企业知识产权的获得途径,知识产权的开发和利用以及中小电子企业的知识产权管理方式。

| Abstract: | The question on intellectual property of small and medium-sized electronic enterprises is discussed.For the purpose of improving the development of small and medium-sized electronic enterprises and enhancing their ability of competition in market economy,small and medium-sized electronic enterprises should pay more attention to the work of intellectual property.Some methods about intellectual property ’s acquirement,utilization and administration are introduced,which are especially suitable for small and medium-sized electronic enterprises. |
